SRT aim to be a self-funding charity to maintain independence, resilience and longevity. If you love seals and would like to help us continue to help others help seals, then a donation of any amount makes a real difference to a small, agile and responsive charity like SRT. As a foundation charity, SRT’s only members are our trustees, so we don’t have a membership scheme. Everything is FREE! Many of our supporters, however, choose to contribute to our Wild Seal Supporter and Adoption Scheme by donating a monthly amount towards SRT’s core costs. We have no overheads, as we operate out of our founder and director’s spare rooms and of course around our wild SW coastline. The only paid people in our charity are our two full time equivalent paid rangers. So any donations you make directly contribute to our ability to conserve and protect seals for future generations to enjoy. Your hard earned money goes a long way with our small charity! We appreciate that not everyone is in a position to donate and this is fine with us, as we will continue to provide all our services for free to benefit seals!
